This Policy describes how personal data collected via the website esav.tech (the “Site”) is processed.

Using the Site and submitting forms means accepting this Policy.

• Data you voluntarily submit via the contact form: name, email address, message text and the selected site locale.
• Technical data sent by your browser: IP address, User-Agent, request time. Used to operate the site, prevent spam and ensure security.
• Anonymous traffic statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no user-level identification.

• Responding to requests submitted via the contact form.
• Follow-up business communication regarding a discussed project.
• Operation and security of the Site.

Processing is performed on the basis of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”:

• Art. 6(1)(1), Art. 9 — consent of the data subject, expressed by ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the form;
• Art. 6(1)(5) — processing in connection with contract performance, where communication moves into a cooperation stage.

Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) is used to deliver contact form submissions to the Operator’s chat via the Telegram Bot API.

Cloudflare, Inc. provides anonymous traffic analytics. Cloudflare only receives aggregated, de-identified data.

Personal data is not transferred to or sold to any other third parties.

• Contact form messages are kept in the Operator’s chat until the processing purposes are achieved and no longer than required for contract performance.
• Web server technical logs — no longer than 90 days.
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time (see Section 8).

Data is transmitted between your browser and the Site over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Access to contact form messages is limited to members of the Operator’s team.

Under Art. 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, you have the right to:

• obtain information about the scope and conditions of processing of your data;
• request clarification, blocking or deletion of your personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained;
• withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.
