Personal Data Processing Consent

By submitting the contact form on esav.tech, in accordance with Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, I freely and at my own will consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

• name provided in the contact form;
• email address;
• text of the submitted message;
• selected site locale;
• technical data sent by the browser: IP address, User-Agent, request time.

• providing a response to a request submitted via the contact form;
• follow-up business communication regarding the discussed project;
• protecting the Site from automated requests (anti-spam).

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to authorised members of the Operator, de-identification, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Mixed processing, both automated and non-automated.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties except for services that operate the contact form:

• Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — delivery of form submissions to the Operator’s chat via the Telegram Bot API;
• Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery and anonymous traffic analytics.

Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the processing purposes are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn by the data subject.

To withdraw consent, send a written request in free form to the Operator’s email: info@esav.tech. The Operator will stop processing and delete the personal data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except where processing must continue by law.

Ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the form means that I have read and accepted this consent as well as the Privacy Policy.
